Amari conducts simple Ayurveda Consultations lasting approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hours to find out what is happening in your body NOW. As well as learning your Ayurveda Constitution, she will take your pulse and provide you with dietary information as well as set a specific pranayama practice to bring your body back into balance and harmony.

As a practice she prefers to check up on you at least once per week. For guests staying at Martinheiras, she prefers to have 2 treatments per stay to evaluate you properly.
