The food that we eat on our retreat is of the utmost of importance. Food nourishes us from the inside and out. Our food is made with love by our lovely Chefs Anita or Ricardo. Whether its a detox retreat or Ayurveda retreat their sole purpose is to fill our belly's with healthy vegan food that leaves us satisfied and ready to take the day on.

Ayurvedic, Vegan and Vegetarian food is ever present in our retreats. During our retreats you will come to understand the affect that food has on our constitution We will also demonstrate what the best foods are for us as an individuals - to aid us on this journey to health and wellness.

Our wonderful Chefs Anita & Ricardo  lead our demos and cooking classes here at Martinheiras. They are very well versed in what they know and their classes always make you ready to try their dishes at home.
