Yoga Classes in SW Alentejo

I provide 6 yoga classes per week in the SW Alentejo Coast, specifically in Cercal do Alentejo and Vila Nova de Milfontes.

Classes in Cercal have 2 options. Packets of 4 classes (40 Euros), 8 classes (70 Euros) or 12 classes (95 Euros) If you opt for a packet, they need to be fulfilled in one calendar month. Alternatively you can drop in for 15 Euros per class.

Classes in Vila Nova de Milfontes are Euros 12 per class.

All of my yoga classes are intended for all with the exception of the advanced class on Wednesday mornings.

It is not necessary to have an Ashtanga Practice as I do not teach in the "traditional way" anymore. Meaning I provide blocks, straps and blankets, even chairs and tools for everyone to be able to enjoy this practice as well as all of the other classes that I teach.

My aim is to always make yoga accessible for everyone.
