Our Ashtanga, Ayurveda Cooking & Pranayama Retreat is one of the most popular retreats we host. In this retreat you will learn the basic principles of Ayurveda through food, yoga and breath (pranayama). Your pulse will be taken daily to determine your current constitution and you will also learn how to cook for it.
You also have the benefit of adding additional services such as massages and reiki to allow yourself to be pampered. Go for an amazing dip in the pool, lie and enjoy the endless views from the Hammocks - this is truly paradise.
The food will be Vegan and whilst it is not fully gluten free we will provide some options. All our food will be cooked with love by the talented Anita Cunha.
